O mitico 911 esteve também presente em força em Le Mans e esta é a réplica do carro conduzido por Jean-Pierre Gaban e Roger Van der Schrick . Ficou em 12º lugar da geral e primeiro na categoria.
A miniatura na escala 1/43 é da colecção Altaya "Lendas de Le Mans" e fabricado pela IXO. O resultado é bom embora as jantes pudessem ter melhor acabamento.

I fully agree with you regarding the wheels. I'd add that the front bumper is from an early Seventies model and therefore completely wrong. The decoration is correct overall, but I can't help finding the green of the bonnet too flashy. In short, not the best model Ixo provided for this series unfortunately.
